What is the promise of divine salvation and the prophesy of the coming of the Savior after many generations?

The divine promise was repeated, for example, to Abraham, when God said to him: “In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed” (Gen. 22:18); and to David the prophet and king: “I will set up your seed after you, who will come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom. He shall build a house for My name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever” (2 Sam. 7:12–13); and to Ahaz: “the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel” (Isa. 7:14).
