Do events happen in the creation through coincidence or destiny?

The very hairs of our heads are all numbered by God (Matt. 10:29–30), for He is the Almighty who know all things. Nothing escapes His sight and knowledge, and nothing happens without His permission. Therefore, the believer knows that all things work together for good for those who love God (Rom. 8:28) and that He does not allow anything to happen by chance.
