How can we say “came down from heaven” when He is present everywhere?

Truly, He is present everywhere; He is always in heaven and on earth. Although He is not visible on earth, He appeared upon it when He was incarnate, which is why we say, “came down from heaven.” The Master Himself says, “No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven” (John 3:13).
